About FlySafe

FlySafe is an airspace data platform that computes numerical indices from publicly available aviation data sources. The platform processes information from regulatory bodies (EASA, FAA, ICAO), NOTAMs, ADS-B telemetry, GNSS interference reports, and open geopolitical signals to produce structured data outputs covering Flight Information Regions (FIRs) worldwide.

The platform was built to address a specific gap in the aviation data landscape: the absence of a centralised, machine-readable aggregation of airspace status indicators. Existing reference points fall into four layers — regulator bulletins, enterprise advisory services, community pilot networks, and emerging API-first analytics. FlySafe operates in the fourth layer. See the aviation airspace risk platforms landscape for full positioning.

Operated by Digital Power FZE LLC, registered in Ajman, UAE.

Building software platforms since 2017 — first as an engineer, then as a founder shipping end-to-end. FlySafe is a data-engineering platform: it aggregates public aviation signals (EASA bulletins, FAA SFARs, ICAO references, NOTAMs, ADS-B telemetry, GNSS interference reports) into machine-readable airspace indices. Evgeny leads engineering, data pipelines, and product; the platform's authority rests on its public sources and published methodology, not on claims of personal aviation domain expertise.

Primary topics
  • How public aviation data is aggregated, normalised, and turned into indices
  • Data-engineering approach to GNSS / GPS interference reporting
  • Automation & machine-readable outputs for aviation operations
On request
  • NOTAM volume, structure, and the signal-to-noise problem
  • How regulator bulletins (EASA CZIB, FAA SFAR) flow into structured data
  • Platform-side commentary on cascade events, war risk data, polar routing data

For operational-aviation expertise (ATC procedures, flight safety, insurance underwriting), authoritative sources are the relevant regulators, pilot unions, and industry bodies — not FlySafe.

Expert Commentary on Demand

For breaking aviation events, FlySafe maintains a library of pre-cleared quotable analyses on recurring themes. Use them as-is with attribution, or contact us for a fresh take tailored to your story.
