FlySafe.zone ("FlySafe", "we", "the Provider") is operated by Digital Power FZE LLC (registration number 3527, Flamingo Villas A-27-01-01-04, Ajman, UAE). This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website or use our API services.

2. Information Collected

2.1. Website Visitors

We use Google Analytics in cookieless mode by default. No personal data is collected until you provide explicit cookie consent. With consent, analytics cookies may track session data, pages visited, and referral sources.

2.2. API Access Requests

When you submit the contact form, we collect your company name, work email, and optional use case description. This data is used solely to evaluate and process your access request.

2.3. API Customers

When you use the API, we collect and process the following data for the purpose of service delivery, billing, and security:

• API request metadata: timestamps, endpoints called, response codes, request volume
• IP addresses from which API requests originate
• API key usage patterns for abuse detection and rate limiting
• Billing and payment information as processed by our payment provider

We do not collect, process, or store any data about flight routes, passengers, crew, or aircraft operated by the Customer.

2.4. Data Processing Agreements

For B2B API customers subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar data protection regulations, Digital Power FZE LLC will execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request. To request a DPA, contact [email protected].

3. Cookies

Essential cookies (cookie consent preference) are always active. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are loaded only after explicit consent. You can manage your preferences at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer.

4. Data Processing — Service

FlySafe processes exclusively publicly available data for its computational service. No personal data of individuals, passengers, or crew is collected, processed, or stored as part of the index computation. The Provider's data sources, processing methodologies, and algorithms are proprietary and are not disclosed under this policy.

5. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions: retained for the duration of business discussions, deleted within 12 months if no agreement is reached.
• API usage logs: retained for 12 months for billing, security, and service improvement purposes.
• Payment records: retained as required by applicable UAE tax and commercial law.
• Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics default retention policy (14 months).

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website traffic analysis
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc.) — CDN, DDoS protection, and DNS

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. The Provider does not store full credit card numbers or payment credentials on its own servers.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. API access is authenticated and encrypted in transit via TLS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in the following locations:

• UAE — primary processing by Digital Power FZE LLC
• United States — Google Analytics (data processing agreement in place with Google LLC)
• Multiple jurisdictions — Cloudflare CDN (data processing agreement in place with Cloudflare Inc.)

By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on data processing agreements with third-party providers that include appropriate safeguards for data protection.
